My name is Bret, and it was just time to start a blog. I live in Boston, I'm trying to be a journalist. I like sports, music, softball, beer, pizza, all that stuff. I don't really like sushi, I guess, so that sets me apart from most of the people I know. Anyway, if I've learned anything, it's that you have to have a blog for people to care that you exist. This is more important of an identifier than your SS# in the journalism game, so here we go. Most of the stuff you'll read here are falsehoods, but some of them aren't. Good luck, me.
